Return Policy

Return Policy

We accept returns but do not exchange items. We accept returns of items provided that they are in a salable condition.

We do not accept returns for the following:
  • Items which have been washed, used, or damaged for personal reasons;
  • Personal items such as underwear, swimwear, pajima and pantyhose,  which are not returnable for safety and health reasons;
  • Items without original labels and/or tags;
  • Items without their complimentary items and/or accessories attached;
  • Complimentary items without quality issues; or
  • Items which the applicable return period have expired.
Return of Items with Quality Issues
If you wish to return an item with quality issues, please contact our customer service team within 3 days for full price items, calculated from the day on which the items were delivered (i.e., the day on which receipt was acknowledged). Please follow the instructions of our customer service team.

Please use SF Express to return any items with quality issues. The cost of delivery by sender.

Requests for return due to the following reasons will not be treated as return of items with quality issues, but as general requests for return:
  • Difference in color between photos and actual items due to lighting conditions, computer display or personal color perception, which would not be treated as a quality issue;
  • Slight variation between the sizes listed in the product details page and your measurements, which may arise due to manual measurement variations, variation among items of difference batches or personal measurement standards, as the size charts and product measurements shown on the product details page are only for reference;
  • Please inspect the items, try them on and make requests for return timely upon receipt, as no request for return will be accepted after one month of receipt;
  • Some items were produced by special processes or contain vintage designs, which should not be treated as having a quality issue; and
  • Color change or deformation after washing attributable to production processes or fabric processing which are deemed to be normal under quality control standards will not be treated as quality issues; please follow the applicable washing instructions as the use of certain detergents or improper washing methods may result in such changes or deformation.
Other Important Information:
  • For return of promotional items, discounts would be cancelled if the relevant conditions are no longer satisfied, all other items in the original order will be charged at full price.
  • Items ordered in one order can be returned once only.
  • The cost of delivery will be borne by you in case of general requests for return without quality issues. We suggest that you use SF Express, our partner courier service provider, which can be contacted at 27300273.
  • Your account points will be credited or deducted accordingly upon the return of any items.
  • To ensure your request for return can be processed without delay, please provide valid courier information when you submit your request.
